• WE MEET WITH YOU IN PERSON  Meeting with Client(s) in person to discuss their vision, ideas, and answer questions about how well the ThermoBuilt System works.
• REVIEWING YOUR FLOOR PLANS  Reviewing their emailed house plan sketches, offering suggestions and recommendations on how best they can make use of the space within their future home.
• FREE ESTIMATES  Offering free and detailed quotes on the ThermoBuilt R-37 Wall and R-50 Roof System and its installation by ThermoBuilt Technicians, as it applies to their house plan sketch.
• WE PREPARE/ENGINEER/SEAL YOUR PLANS  Drafting services and sealed engineered plans for their custom home, with prices as low as $1.00 per square foot (price per square foot depends on the size and complexity of the future home).
  
• BUILDING YOUR THERMOBUILT HOME  We have ThermoBuilt-Trained Technicians that will travel to your jobsite and put up the Walls and Roof of your ThermoBuilt Home.
  

THERMOBUILT & THE BUILDER

Builders who wish  to have a competitive edge within the ever-growing green building market can do so easily and affordably by becoming trained as a ThermoBuilt Licensee.   Since the ThermoBuilt Wall and Roof System is a construction variation of traditional and familiar building methods, the ThermoBuilt System offers the Builder an affordable and Builder-friendly opportunity to expand and remain competitive in this market.  Builders that want to “go green” can do so quickly and easily when they become trained as a ThermoBuilt Licensee.

Builders who wish not to become a ThermoBuilt Licensee can still benefit by incorporating the ThermoBuilt System into their bids.  Builders can forward to ThermoBuilt their Client’s house plans and ThermoBuilt is happy to provide free, detailed quotes on the shell of the future home.  ThermoBuilt works on behalf of the Builder in these opportunities, and simply becomes a sub-contractor to the GC.
