Twice the Value, Half the Cost

ThermoBuilt wall panels offer two times the insulation of SIPs at a half the usual rate. Depending on the size of your ThermoBuilt DIY Kit Home Shell, your ThermoBuilt Wall System panels can go up in as little as 3-4 days using as little as two builders.

Direct Application of Stucco/Brick/Siding to Wall Panels

The ThermoBuilt super-insulated shell may be directly stuccoed and are supported by 2 x 6 studs (vs. conventional use of 2 x 4 studs) on 24" centers for easy application of drywall and siding or brick.  ThermoBuilt Kit Shells do not require house-wrapping, saving you on labor and costs.

Strong, Energy-Efficient, and Requires Only Manpower to Build

The ThermoBuilt Roof System is genuine R-50 and is easy to assemble, requiring only manpower to build. With no heavy equipment or machinery, your labor, machinery rental, and fuel costs are virtually non-existent! ThermoBuilt DIY Kits provide the bonus of usable, livable loft space or insulated storage, but at a lower cost to you than that of SIPs construction.
