The full Sun Screens within the Double Hung Tilt-In Windows allow you, the home-owner, to have your cake and eat it too.  In the summer, the Sun Screens provide privacy and actually shade the window itself, reducing the air-conditioning load.  In the winter, you simply lift the window screens out, store them, and enjoy the free solar energy gain as the welcomed sun shines into your living space.

ELECTROSTATIC AIR FILTER
The Electrostatic Air Filter filters out microscopic elements which for many, can cause mild to severe allergy and asthma problems, especially in children.  The Electrostatic Air Filters can also be washed out periodically and replaced as well, reducing the need for other common, less effective, and often costly air filters.

WHOLE HOUSE EXHAUST FAN
The Whole House Exhaust Fan reduces significantly the load placed on your air-conditioner, thus increasing the life-span of your AC unit while saving you hundreds of dollars in energy/utility bills.  The Whole House Exhaust Fan operates at one-tenth the energy as your AC unit.  More importantly, the Whole House Exhaust Fan allows you to lock open your Double Hung Tilit-In Windows slightly, while having the Whole House Exhaust Fan on to completely replace house air in just a few minutes of operation---especially at night when it's cooler.
