2009 New Home Buyer Tax Credit





When building your ThermoBuilt Home, ensure that you receive your Certificate of Occupancy no later than December 1, 2009, in order to qualify for the 2009 New Home Buyer Tax Credit.  The tax credit can be up to $8000 that can be direct deposited into your bank account after you file your income taxes.  For more details, talk with your accountant, or E.A. about certain requirements.
