After you receive your building permit, and after your slab is poured/foundation prepared, our ThermoBuilt-Trained Technicians are now ready to build the insulated shell of your home using ThermoBuilt's R-37 Wall panels and R-50 Roof panels, as well as installation of your windows, doors and whole house fan. Once completed, you are now ready for electrical, plumbing, drywall, exterior finishing, etc.

ThermoBuilt provides you with the materials outlined above, the super insulated shell or energy-efficient "envelope" of your home. Client's costs associated with ThermoBuilt are: ThermoBuilt Walls/Roof, ThermoBuilt Draftsman to prepare/engineer/seal plans, and ThermoBuilt-Trained Technicians to erect your ThermoBuilt Shell.
Client provides:
All materials not listed above including: lot preparation, slab/foundation (or wooden floor system), interior partitions, roof sheathing, shingles, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, loft floor, stairs, porches, garage, trim, flooring and finishing.
